On Friday 4th April, 4 year 6 children came down to year 3 to deliver a special session on ‘Sportsmanship. They played some warm up activities with the children to help them to relax and then they shared some scenarios with the children. The children were also given time to act out the scenarios before discussions took place around the situation.

The children had to think about how each of the characters in the situation would be feeling, including the bystander. They had to give reasons why they may be feeling this way and also think of suggestions of how the children in the scenario could have handled the situation differently.

Our year 6 visitors were great, they shared the session with maturity and listened to everything that the year 3s had to say, guided them when they needed support.
Thank you Saim, Amelia, Lewis and Ruby!
